Thank you for your kind words :-) I'm very laid back but sometimes I could scream at those who tell us how lucky we are. I want to tell them to try living how we have to and then seeing if THEY feel lucky!! I know they mean well and are trying to boost us but I think that once in a while we are surely entitled to think "hey this sucks"? Thank you very much for your words as I said I have been very lucky with support from friends and family but it really does mean alot coming from someone who understands what I have been through.
Have been to see the doctor who suggests I get another scan to see how things have progressed and hopefully make me feel more confident about my prognosis. I am keeping my fingers crossed in the meantime I will check with my insurance as you suggested.
I hope you are confident and as strong as you sound, thank you for your support and please do not hesitate to write.

Close Pulmonary Embolism
I have asmtha that is just bothersome. I got up on april 11 of this year fixed breakfast for the family. And while I was doing it I had a chrushing feeling in my chest, I could not breath and I started to pass out all in less then a minute. After 3 days in ccu the Drs. found the blood clots in my lungs. Both lungs are involved and there are too many clots to count them. I have 6 large clots, but the rest are everywhere. I am now on O2 24/7 till further notice.
Treatments
- Heparin Working / Worked
- I now take coumadin. The Drs. have not yet got that set I also take cardizem to help my heart.
- Relaxation Too Soon to Tell
- The Drs. said it will be a year before they can tell how well my lungs will work. For right now I am to just rest. I have a nurse come to the house X2 a week. And if i do not feel well I call the nurse and she comes over and desides if i need to go back to the hospital again.
- Lovenox Working / Worked
- I am taking lovenox because I will be having two ovarian cysts removed this month. Notrouble with injecting the meds. I just have a alergic reaction to the meds it self. But I have to stay on it so the Dr. is giving me benidrill for the itch. I have to put up with it for three more weeks. But overall I find the meds. to work well. And I do not have to have my INR check every week
