Close Kidney Stones

I have questions about after effects of lithropsy surgery. I've had mild stones since the surgery, but have total bladder numbness. I now have a bad bladder infection. what could have caused this numbness? I started having pain while sitting for long periods of time, or sleeping on my stomach, but I never feel the need to go until I stand up and feel the pressure on the urinary tract. I now have a major infection, and am on 500 mg. cipro.

i had daily iced tea, which I'm told formed the stones. Since the surgery, there have been no new stones.
