  Feeling a bit better each day. A few set backs here and there - I am testing the waters with new foods, but overall, I am happy that I did it. It can only get better from here right???

  Hey there! I'm glad you found the photo helpfull. A lot of gals didn't know what I meant by pannus, so I had to find a picture. I look similar to that and am wondering if I should just brave it and take my own photos to post.
  
  Either way, my pannus is shrinking. 137 lbs gone and I've lost 4 inches off of it. It still hangs low enough to cover my peekachoo, but it is getting smaller. I do plan to hopefully have this removed this spring. I also have the upper apron that hangs over the belly button area, geez, am I a mess or what, LMAO.
