Wife of 59 yr old man diagnosed w/Bladder Cancer(agressive,but contained in the inner lining). Begins Chemo 2day, via catheter. Chemical used-tuberculosis cells.My aim is to join ur grp to acquire any & all feedback re possible symptoms both psycholoigical & physiological; ie:, I do know that he should not experience "typical"chemo side-effects. Away from this knowledgebase, I am clueless. Thank you all in advance for your kindness in taking this journey with me.

You have not at all offended me or upset me in any way. Thank you SO MUCH for your support. I haven't been on this site much but it is always good to know others care and understand. I am so glad that your husband's cancer was caught early. That makes for an excellent prognosis. My dad has finally on the right track and has to go for a PET SCAN on Tuesday but all are hopefull that it will only be a precaution. It will be tough for you, not just your husband and just know that your reaching out to me made me smile and count my blessings and I hope this has done the same for you! Be strong.

Close Bladder Cancer
I am the wife of a Bladder Cancer patient. My husband begins his first round of chemo today, via cath....I want to absorb all of the info I can, so that I can share this journey with him and do everything within my limits and beyond to ease his stress and discomforts. I am all ears and I just want you all to know how much being a part of your group means to me. Cath/tennesseewife
