"Breathing is so hard to do sometimes."
2:54pm, July 22, 2009
I read a very informative article in Rite Aid the other day about women losing weight simply through low impact exercise and keeping it up as a part of their M-F routine.  I thought walking would be good for me.  Emotionally and physically.  I started last night after my concert and the kids were in bed.  I walked about 3.69 miles in just over an hour, so I think I did pretty well in pace.  :)  I have been eating very little, but healthy when I do.  The Topomax is to blame for the daytime lack of appetite, but I am trying to still eat correctly.  I really want my "real" body back after this Risperdal effect from about a month ago.

I agree with you about Risperdal... I wish I never had to take it as I gained many pounds on it. Good luck on your walking program. Hugs. Mia
