Hello,I'm Tammy,I'm 43 years old.I have been living with panic/anxiety attacks for 30 years of my life and now they have gotten very bad. I'm now on disability for these attacks as well as other illnesses.

- Effexor Working / Worked
- I have had good results from Effexor I take 300mg 2x a day.
- Paxil Working / Worked
- made me feel better BUT was very tired all the time.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Working to a degree,I will still need counseling for a very long time.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- They knock me out and I do nothing so I try to stay away from them anymore.

- ive had upper abdomin pressure and what i think is white stomach acid on my tongue alot and it burns so i am thinking its reflux but not sure as i dont know what stomach acid looks like.

- I recently got over oral thrush and my doctor told me i have reflux and put me on omeprazole and i showed him my tongue and my tongue isnt white anymore but i get white lines on my tongue and they easily go away hen i take my lip over them and its bitter.doc tells me this is acid reflux. can someone pleae tell me its stomach acid and not candida.
