re: How to tell her.... ya know, you don't need to be in any big hurry about. Keep chatting, write her some thoughtful emails telling about yourself or your family, show her respect, ask her things and respond, bide your time and let her be the one to see that you're a nice guy and bring up the idea of stepping things up.
