Hang in there!!! Hoping tomorrow is better.
Prayer
i can so relate to the maddening urge! i'm hoping you made it thru the rest of the day - and tomorrow if you still feel the same, I'm praying that you put your tweezers in an empty soup can or other metal container filled with water and freeze them up! ya gotta use metal so you can't just put it in the microwave to get em back! kudos for cutting your nails!
Hug
it sounds like you need some support! good luck, you probably have a lot more will power than you know! maybe try 5 min. sections of time where you dont pull, then go slowly from 5 min. to 10. and see how high you can get up! but good luck regardless, ill pray for you!
