Well since my last post i have ridden 2 metrics (62+) and a 25 mile ride. Was in one of those rare times where you feel really good but alass as i am learning that is a precurser to kidney pain, had to take a pain pill last night :-(. Still i appreciate the day yesterday, they don't come often.  So today i will go out and see what i can do, i am building up to a double metric (125 miles!) with a friend who does them on a regular basis.

Went on a 65 mile ride today, trash from the rain was all over the trail, river was flooded, and a 40 lb turtle was crossing the path! i am tired but ok.
