I love horseback riding, but gave it up in recent years. I still think about those good old days a lot. This year I'm raising a vegetable garden and actually liking it, since I'm not working at the moment.I take breaks when my hands get tired which is often, but I keep plugging away and I get it done.

Close Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I've had carpel tunnel release surgery in both hands and wanted to connect with people with the same experience.
Treatments
- Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery Somewhat Helpful
- I've had surgery in both hands and surgery helped relieve the numbness, but I have very little grip strenght and there are daily activities that I'm unable to do.
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- The ibuprofen does help, but doesn't give enough relief most of the time.
- Wrist Splint Working / Worked
- Splints helps me sleep better at night, but are a problem when trying to do daily activities.
