I am 60 and live alone. I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago.I have also suffereed from depression all of my life.I'm a christian, although I don't attend church. I don't worry about what comes after death, just the process of it.

Close COPD & Emphysema
I still smoke, can't quit, have tried everything,chantix,patches, hyptnosis,gum, etc. I am on ss disbility(mental)and I can't find a doctor that takes medicare and someone who still smokes. Also, I have lost down to 89 lbs@5'6". My internal medicine doctor wants to run more tests for cancer. My QMB did not get renewed although I have filled out 5 forms since Jan.2009

- I use some of the techniques used, but slide off the path alot.

- works well enough if life is gentle, not so good in crisis time
