I get palpitations at night (I'm on heart-meds for PVC), I'll take a xanax to calm me afterwards. The next morning I wake up with severe pain on my neck, shoulders and arms. My neck and arms were especially bad this morning. Started July 4th of all days, and has gotten progressively worse. Seeing a doctor today. Can't take it anymore..
Have gone to the ER once for this already. No heart attack so I'm happy about that.

Sorry about your palpitations, and the neck and shoulder pains :( I hope the doc was able to give you some help this time! I'm glad its not a heart attack! I never got the palpitations at night, hmmm. Has it started since you've taken your heart meds? Hope you feel better!
