  I am here if you need to vent, my husband has been physically and mentally abusive and when I threw his butt in jail, he started changing his tune. I know longer put up with his bull but it does affect my addictions, how can it not.

  Been thinkin about you Anna.... Hoping and praying for a more peaceful life for you and your children. Don't give up... it can get better. I promise. Been there, done that and made it out alive and with some of my sanity to prove it. And you will too. Just take care of yourself so you can take care of those kiddo's! (ps.. referring to your marriage.. I'm in no position to give anybody advice on gambling~!~)

  Thanks for your thoughts and support, I agree with you. No matter how the frequency of the habit, it still an addiction. I enter the casino and I won't eat, drink, go the bathroom till my bladder cant take anymore and my lungs are fried from second hand smoke. If I can stay out of the casino, I won't waste a dime. This last weekend I spent 600 dollars we don't have trying to "get my money back". It is crazy! But, not when I am in the moment. We need each other for the support and to vent about what really is going on.

  Thanks for the support, I believe that we get into the habit of going and then the addiction of thinking we are going to win the big one, I was once told "you are chasing the devil" and I believe it.
