                                 Fatigue Rating Scale 

 

 

           0 – Fatigue ?  What fatigue? ….I feel like a kid again!

          1-3   “Normal” fatigue…..made it thru the day…bed by 9pm

               4 -6  More fatigue setting in...no work, stay home all day

      7 -9   Really fatigued ….pajama’s all day, feed self…that’s it !

    10   FATIGUE CENTRAL ...get out of bed?  Why ?  Can’t do it !!

   I'm 2-3 today - yesterday was about a 5.5 didn't know how I'd make it to work today - but today is SO MUCH BETTER. Damned, unpredictable RA lol :)

   I'm a 2-3 today. Worked all day but dragging by the end of the day. Figured out part of my problem which was my B-12 was about 50 points low. I will be starting on B-12 shots.

   I'm a 3.5 today but still played with the 7 mo old grandson, 4 year old grandson, 3 year old granddaughter and 5 year old granddaughter most of the day. Tonite I hope I sleep well because I want to play on the 4th too.
