Am still stuck at around 213 but have not been truly trying. Feel fortunate I have not GAINED weight. My legs hurt today but I just walked the dogs (relatively long walk) so got that out of the way. Have class tonight and have the day to catch up, download somethings and my daughter is coming home from 3 day camp. I missed her but admittedly enjoyed my solace.

Feeling better - legs do not hurt, and lower back is not as excruciating. However, I have been working out, been good on my food, and can't seem to lose another pound. I am really convinced that it is the side effects of the Lyrica, something in the Copaxone and/or that I am always constipated (unless I chug Milk of Magnesia severak times a day) -- the Phillips Magnesia pills don't seem to workl It's very very difficult to stay on a diet, and walk for miles and miles over time, if you can't see results.

Am already the member of Spark People which is also a very suppotive site. I just think that due to our relapses, which are totally unpredictable, it is harder for those of us with Multiple Sclerosis to lose weight. Frequently symptoms keep us from exercising. Boredom and being home bound leads to eating aimlessly. And the treatments often put on pounds and poundsof water weight.
