      I am 46 and have chronic fatigue. I also care for my 82 year old father, If not for my hubby I think I would be dead by now. He keeps me sane. I suffer from extreme memory loss at times, sleepnes and the worst are the aches and pains I get when I am stressed out

      I bought a shih-tzu doge for my emotional health. He has helped very much. Sometimes my headaches will go away if I sit and pet him

      This has helped me with the constant cold sores and sore throats associated with CF

      My doctor has been trying this to keep my Epstine Barr viral load down and I find that I am doing better than in previous years

      This has probably been the biggest thing that has helped less my symptoms I was in a constant state of flare almost with very server problems this has lessened the flares and lessed the effects when I did flare

      got rid of my constant cold sores and had helped with the muscle pain
      Massage Working / Worked
      This keeps me out of bed most weeks I Go once a month and have deep tissue massage for fibromyligia it has helped a lot
