      I would say I am finally in recovery stage! I still may need support from time to time but I think I am finally getting to the point where I can stand on my own two feet. I am not running to the bathroom anymore after meals or restricting. I am so proud of myself for making it this far. And I am more then happy to share my story with anyone who may need a helping hand
