Tody I had yogurt, a tostada and a nectarine. I've lost another pound, too! Yay, maybe I'll continue to move in the right direction!

Today I had yogurt, a nectarine, a chicken taco and a lemon-lime soda.

Today I had a hamburger, fries and a diet coke. I haven't lost any more weight since the end of July so I'm obviously not going to make my current goal. Think I'm going to need to incorporate some exercise into my diet routine!
