Hi Tux, I read you were looking for some acceptable sherbet. Often, low carb versions can be found under the name SORBET. Especially if you get organic. You can also make your own with fresh fruit, sugar substitute and sometimes even pectin or gelatin. I have a recipe somewhere I will look for it and send to you. :) But check out Sorbet instead of looking for sherbet. Its the same, just different name and Sorbet usually uses better ingredients.
Good Luck
Good luck at getting that rain, we are stuck the same, had a couple of drops of rain, but not enough to mention. It is hot and humid, I absolutely hate summers like this, and here in Ontario, Canada., It is always like that. I like the warm temperature, but not the humidity that comes with it. Guess what hun, my blood sugar dropped at 4.8 today, between 4 - 6 is the norm. So I'm getting there, then tonight after eating spegathie and sauce, ceasar salad, I took my BS 1.5 hour after like my Doctor told me to do, and it was already down to 6.2, so I am positive that I just might be able to reverse this disease, if I continue to be active and eat right. I am on top of the world tonight. I did so much work in my house today, I haven't been in such good shape since before doing treatment over 5.5 years ago. I am finally alive and well. Do you have AC "Air Conditioning"? I do I couldn't live without it, since I have emphysema and COPD. I hope we get some relief from this bloody heat, I want to go for my regular walk. Anyways, hope you guys have some rain also, keep in touch hun. Oh check out my journal entry. Love * Respect, Mckenzie one day at the time.

I am sure this won't help, but I had some very serious itching on my leg and I won't say what I used and it sure helped, but caused much damage, using a Vitamin helped a lot and I am very grateful for the improvement, if I wasn't so badly needing relief I could have taken the pills instead of causing myself much problem. Please take it easy and don't do what I foolishly did, I am not saying you would, but I regret what I did. Well, I hope you can get a very good answer soon. I do care about what your dealing with and I want to see good news too. Lots of hope headed your way, that always helps me to believe it will get better.

Close Parents of Children with ADHD
I have 9 yr.old grandson with ADHD. His dad is ADD, but was never particularly hyperactive, just didn't do well in the classroom. I love my grandson, but am deeply concerned with how this is going to play out for him as "they" are now saying he may also have a mild form of Tourette's. I can't help but wonder if it's not a side effect of his meds. I'm pretty much a bystander with this now, but want to keep up with things of hopes of passing good info on to his parents.
