I am walking more and meeting alot of new people. Painful yes. I realy need to force myself to exercise all the time > I am not like all of you who read health magazines and try to do something you read about in them. It is a challenge for me because when the sweat starts to drip ,i am ready to stop. bunch

I am stuck inside , Ic an hear all the neighbors coming in for the evening .The one next door finally turned off the wee wacker . The neighbors behind were playing tents and construction workers all day they and all there noise went in too. more laterIt's Labor Day weekend again ,wow I hope everyone is out bbq ing and listening to ther favorite music. My dog and I are just hangin out.
