The last couple of days ive been so sore. Its been really sunny and hot. I went out for a walk with my friends and ended up coming home 'cos my back was agony and i had pain in my thighs to. My periods due in a couple of days, although it could come at any time its got a habit of doing that. Went out with my friends on friday night, was a great night..woke up with a bump on my head haha, all my pain was numbed. lastnight i was sick and ended up with an upset tummy, i know this means my period is coming but today ive been fine. Since thursday my stomachs been a bit strange, all related to my periods. Not heard from the gyno yet about an appointment hope it wont be to much longer though, im getting grumpy when im sore and really irritated. All i can do is sleep, my back is killing me, got headaches and period cramps are sooo sore.

Hope the weather stays nice like this all the summer, getting a nice tan and makes me feel a little better :D x
