I wish there was a way that I wouldn't have to communicate with my 2nd ex husband. He was very emotionally abusive during our marriage, and even now......and we've been divorced now 6 years!!! He doesn't follow any of the visitation guidelines and is constantly wanting to tell me what to do, as if he is control. Everytime I have to talk to him I end up in a full flare panic attack.....I feel like I can't breathe. Why do I allow him to do that to me? And instead of standing up for myself, I end up giving in to him because, essentially I just can't deal with the emotional stress he causes.
