I am 37 years old with various chronic health issues. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, neck and back issues, anxiety (obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), general anxiety disorder (GAD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Im on my 3rd divorce (mostly due to the anxiety, I think)

Close Anxiety
My story is too long to fit in this space. My anxiety started as a child and has since grown worse. My psychiatrist has diagnosed me with GAD, PTSD, OCD, SAD

- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- When I feel an anxiety attack coming on, I do deep breathing exercises and it does help, but I still need the Xanax to ease the pain in my chest.
- Klonopin Somewhat Helpful
- I did take Klonopin and it did work for a time but my anxiety required something more powerful
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I did take Lexapro and it did work for a long time but my anxiety got worse and required something more powerful
- Xanax Working / Worked
- I have taken Xanax for many years now. I only take it when I feel an anxiety attack coming on.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- I did take Zoloft for a while and it ded work for a time but my anxiety required something more powerful
