This is a great goal for yourself and for your marriage. It can be done!! I am living proof. If my hubby can get to the point of forgiveness, so can you! Be patient with yourself, and love & pamper yourself. You deserve it! I like how you said you will use "therapeutic communication." and that you will set aside an hour each week to talk about your relationship. How is your husband treating you lately??

Type: TrichotillomaniaI've had hair pulling issues since I was in 5th grade. Off and on I've had bald spots. Just about a year ago I finally was bald spot free, then I hit a bad period of anxiety (infidelity related) and now I've got large bald spots again.
