so i was a outside all day yeasterday planting flowers :) carts drove by all day, i just didnt look at them, some anxiety affected me a bit coz when i was done i felt sick and wentto bed and slept for 17 hours ... eek... but i got it done. Im on a main road and everyone drives by and the feel it is their job to see what i am doing.. some smirk..
im in a small town..
i figure if i dont look at em i wont know they are there or what they are doin.
but i bought a climbing rose bush , a rose bush, pansies and some other flowers and jsut put it all in different pots, i also put some beans and lettuce and dill and other veggies in pots too.. will see how it all turns out.
but at least i finally did it. oh an i mowed one strip of myginormous lawn ha ha ...

YAY! I agree, no need to look at anyone, who cares. I just discovered a new eggplant forming in my garden and I dug up some potatoes today because the tops were dying. They were yummy. Picked a squash and a tomatoe too! Um, lettuce is a cool weather plant...so, if it sprouts a seed shoot early on that means it is too warm for it. Pansies are usually a cool weather plant here in southern California too.
You are very brave! Sorry to tell you this, but, a rose is very high maintenance...if they get bugs or a disease treat them early. The vine might be less maintenance, beautiful nontheless! What colors?
