About Me
Born and raised in Munich, Germany, moved to California in 2004. Diagnosed with MS in March 2009, started with Copaxone in May. Still trying to get my strength back and find a way to stay happy and hopeful. Seeing Dr. Ronald Bailey in Riverside, he is fantastic. Got married in October 2009 to a wonderful man and am deeply in love, which helps getting through this. We just adopted two adorable cats and are hoping to have a child in the next couple years.

Thank you so much for your message!! I'm barely reading it and felt so good.....it's been some of those days you know....my left leg/butt is totally numb and bugs me, I can walk and can do everything but it bothers me =(

Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSI was diagnosed with MS in March 09 after tingling in my hands and down my spine that started in October 08. Before that, I had dizziness and neck pain for 3 years but thought it was just stress and bad posture.
Treatments
- Copaxone Too Soon to Tell
- Started with Copaxone on 5/2/09. Had my first relapse 3 days later. Don't think it was related to Copaxone, still hoping it will start working soon.
- LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone Considering
- Asked my doctor what he thinks of LDN and he asked me if I want a prescription. I will start early November, I am equally excited and nervous. Have read so many good things about LDN, hope it will improve my condition.
- Swimming Working / Worked
- I tried to swim every day during this summer and it made my legs feel much better.
