Oh hon- I cant even count how many times I crashed- but when I changed my attitude and starting seeing smoking for what it really is- an addiction tha t kills or maims- it was less hard- I wont say easy- but definitely easier. I know you can do it. Lean on me anytime!!!!

I'm so happy youre quitting smoking at a young age- youre one smart lady!!! I rationalized my smoking for too long but finally quit at age 51- wish it had been sooner. My lungs hurt.
