I lost my Mum when I was 13, have 2 younger brothers, am now almost 30, but this has still impacted my life in many ways, despite me trying my best to block the pain out

- Crying Somewhat Helpful
- Grief Counseling Somewhat Helpful
- had this when I was teenager after my mum died through school, did help to talk, but nothing takes the pain away
- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- Blocked things out, tried not to think about her or the past
- Reading Working / Worked
- I love and have always loved to read, is a great distraction and a past time
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Yes my Grandma and Mum's best friend helped heaps when it happened

to have support from other single mums, advice etc
