I wanted to let other PTSD sufferers know that I have just published a book of poems on living with PTSD. I write it not to make money but to reach out the community of people who have kept me going through this terrible ordeal. Check it out. It's called Substituting Dangers by Clair Itey and is available on Amazon. If you can't afford it I will try to send you a free copy, depending upon how many requests I get.

Thank you so much. It's so great to know that someone is reading the poems and likes them! I haven't done a lot of publicity on the book because of the nature of the poems and also I wrote it under a pen name. My real name is Alice. I'm working on another book now, this one -- also poetry -- about dissociation. I''ll let you know when I'm done. Thanks again! You made my day!
