Welcome to the group. The initial diagnosis hurts so much and it take a lot of time to wrap your head around it. You find over time you cannot do everything and learn to accept it. You do the best you can and your efforts will be appreciated by grandma. She understands, but she may lash out, which is quite normal.
Take one day at a time and don't get ahead of thinking.

Attempting to deal with the fact that my grandmother who is like a mother to me, a bestfriend and confidante has dementia. I feel as though she has died. I do not know or like the new woman she has changed into.
I have two babies under the age of two. I have an 18 month old boy and a 7 week old little boy.
I am a sahm trying to lose her pregnancy weight in my mid 30s. With little time and energy to spare this is an uphill battle.
To lose pregnancy weight I've gained with both of my sons. I have 20lbs to lose and it is hard!!!!
