  Hi Valerie, I just wanted to say, I liked what you said in the Diet pill blog. I agree with you in that, loosing weight for health reasons is always a good thing, but I think the majority of people loose weight for the wrong reasons. To make their husbands like them more, or other people like them more, and I just think its a shame that so many people can't love each other for who they are. I'm just not a big fan of diet pills at all, because I think their an unnatural way to loose weight, kinda like starving yourself, not eating for days at a time, is an unhealthy way to loose weight... I know their intention is to increase metabolism, and thats probably ok along with a healthy diet, but I just worry when people get on these diet pills that their starving themselves to loose weight, instead of dieting the right way.
