ug, so the last two days, not so good. I fell 'off the wagon' so to speak, and stopped my calorie counting. I hate when I sabotage myself. Tomorrow I will stick to the plan, I know it. It's funny, every time I write something here it's like motivation, weird. Like putting it in black and white makes such a differance.hmm.






I did the same thing last week. What is with that? Was it the holiday? Whatever the reason, great you are back on track. Enjoy the day!
