  If you always try to look how you feel, you will fall into a trap of never getting better. You have to use your words, and if the people who you're trying to tell that you're struggling and hurting, you need to go to someone else. Use your voice, not your body.

  Honey what happened to realizing how miserable you were when you were skinny, huh? How no matter how much weight you lost you never got any happier? You won't. You won't be any happier being skinny. In fact, you'll be much worse off. As the numbers go down your self-hatred will grow, you know that as well as I did. This isn't going to make you happy.
