Suddenly widowed, Dec 28, 2008. We were best friends and I miss him more each day. It's been really tough but I am getting by. Everything reminds me of him. I just never thought about how life would be without him and truthfully, I still can't. He was my soul mate, my everything.
I have had FMS/MPS for over 17 years. I have learned to manage pain through exercise and stress reduction. The fatique and the fog can be more challenging at times. My sleep can be disturbed, even with medication. I take very little pain medication, only on an as needed basis and usually at bedtime so the pain doesn't wake me up when I move around. I have learned to live with it but wish I didn't have to!
