I was diagnosed with exercise-induced anaphylaxis in my mid-20s after years of strange symptoms finally figured out. It appears to be progressing in severity with each episode but I'm starting to get it under control. I had previously done a half-marathon, triathlon, and many other road races as well as played softball in college. This diagnosis was shocking and VERY difficult to explain to people, especially those who knew me previously. I cannot find ANYTHING in terms of a support group or online communities to talk to other people with EIA. I feel like I have exhausted all resources in finding "others" but I hope this may help.
