I teach high school students in the areas of journalism and English. I am slowly (but hopefully surely) recovering from an accident which yielded several lower back fractures and a right bk amputation. My hope, faith, and love are pulling me through.

I was on a motorcycle with my husband. A woman ran a stop sign. Her car crushed my leg then sent me flying/bouncing. Had a below knee on my right leg. Also broke pelvis, one vertebrae, and tailbone.
