Hey, I don't want you to go anywhere! I know what it's like not sleeping week after week, you think 'what's the point?'.I find my sleep will eventually pick up, for about two days then back down the pan! Keep in touch when you can.

my husband left leaving me 35000 in debt my grandmother died 5mths later my father died 3mths later i was told i had cervical cancer 1mth later was told it's abnormal cells but cannot label it my mother is going to be undergoing her 4th surgery overian cancer i got out of the military in 2005 and i still cannot get it together my daughter 10 has to help me dress sometimes due to pain she is an honor roll studient and reciently recieved a people to people leadership program nomination
Treatments
- Crying Working / Worked
- everytime i see someone who looks like either of my dead relatives i loose it
- Music Working / Worked
- i listen to spirtually uplifing music for example "there is something about the name jesus" it is my favorite.
- Talking Working / Worked
- i attend a couping group provided by the v.a. hostital, sometimes it helps sometimes it do not.
