I had my first Psoriasis outbreak about 4 years ago when I was going through quite a stressful time in my life. I managed to get rid of most of it from my arms and legs but since then I have always had little patches in various places. It's a pain but I count myself lucky that I only have it mildly now. I've also always had trouble with my joints and fear the day that my arthritis kicks in. But for now, Psoriasis is manageable for me.
