Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have recently, in the last month been diagnosed with depression. Although not severe at this point, I am still trying to find a course of treatment that works for me.
Treatments
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- Just returned to this treatment.
- Paxil Not Working
- Paxil was not an effective treatment for me.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Never give up on this.
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Prozac worked for a while, but seemingly became ineffective. I am needing a more agressive treatment at this point.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- You know what to do. It's the doing it part that makes it difficult.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Never give up on this.
- Wellbutrin Considering
- This is the next step. My doctor will administer Wellbutrin with the Lexapro.
- Zoloft Not Working
- Didn't work for me.
Close Migraine Headaches
I suffer from migraines. They do not have a pattern, but are debilitating to say the least. They get worse and worse it seems.

I have suffered with anxiety for at least the last 6 years. Probably longer and didn't know what I was dealing with.

- Atarax Working / Worked
- Started this recently b/c my anxiety keeps me from sleeping which of course exacerbates all of your daytime struggles with anxiety. It has been very helpful to calm me so that I can try to rest.
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- My doctor recently put me back on lexapro. Took me off of prozac.
- Paxil Not Working
- Did not seem helpful.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- PMA!!!
- Zoloft Not Working
- Did not work after a while. My "roller coaster" sensation in my chest returned.
Open Hypothyroidism
Endocrine doc said i'm hypo. Haven't gotten med levels right. Starting over.

Open Anemia
Type: Vitamin B12 Deficiencyjust diagnosed with pernicious anemia.
