I am so happy that there is good news in this for you. OK there will delays now but being in the best place will help a lot and hopefully they will get moving and give you the necessary tests and find out the problems and treat them soon. Yes it is good that you now have someone to help you with your mum and that will help you have some time to yourself to get this sorted out once and for all. How is your mum BTW? The last you told me she was not all that good but obviously she is back home again now and hopefully everything is working out for you all. Hope that you will be able to get back into a routine that will enable you to come and say hi on WWSF now and then as it would be so good to see you. Love and hugs, Marg

Dear Eve, I think of you often, though I don't say it enough. I saw your post in the Thyroid group and I think it is horrible of the time you have to wait to get any medical attention. This is not right at all. Is all the medical care in Canada that way? Or just the your doctor? Anyways, I hope you can find another doctor to get a second opinion. Please take care.

Have been diagnosed with suspected thyroid cancer and have had my first biopsy. Am trying to educate myself and learn from this group that are having the same or have been through the same.
