  Sending you some Peace. I just read your most recent journal entry, how hard it must be to tell someone they're demoted. It was 16 days on last Sunday, so that makes today 19...right? I know you've heard this before, but it does get easier. Try to remind yourself to stay in the moment, one day at a time, one moment at a time, when necessary. I'm 19 months into this thing we call recovery, and I still tell myself to stay in the moment. Life goes on with or without gambling. It goes on better, for me, without. Take care...Love, Robin
