I am (or was it feels like now) a trained Shiatsu practitioner. It kinda fell by the wayside through my drinking and growing self-centred perspectives. It played a big part in finding my higher power in AA though. Qi, for me, was a gateway for bringing the intangible into the realm of the tangible. Nice to meet you.
