Close Anger Management
I have a mood disorder and sometimes I can't control my feelings, especially my anger and resentment. I get really paranoid and mad and I take it out on poeple close to me...I can't have good relationships becasue i am always saying the most horrible things when i get upset and i hurt people. i can't help myslef sometimes its out of control. i can't figure out how to stop it.
