hello
worked today, it was ok, weather cooler which helps.
been to parents for lunch which was nice, dad can eat..
the boys missed us a lot, it never feels right going out with out them but it has to happen sometimes.
we had a great 15 th wedding ann. Sean bought me a really nice pendant, and with the money other people gave us we got the mini green house, which is really good.
Pain wise I am not "in flare up" as they call it, any more. I have been doing my excersises and my relaxing cd and it really dose help.
so that is really good.
