  Thank-you for sharing this, but do you have one which is for Oldsters like me? I don't know your age, so I won't share that since I don't want you to feel bad for implying your old or I shouldn't say I'm old. I am mostly interested in getting my blood pressure under 120/80, it was 110/60, but I went to the hospital and it was much higher since all I had was the drugs to take.
