Emmy, I don't know where you think you need to lose weight. If you did, you'd be too skiny. You look great, as always, but you'd look better with me in the picture.;)

Oh Emmy, you don't need to lose weight. I'm worried that you'll develop an eating disorder which is very common for victims of sexual abuse. Exercise will help your self-esteem and mood. Do a cardiovascular workout 3x times a week, like jogging or biking. That will be good for your body and heart.
The food that you put in your body (or don't put in your body) will affect your mood too. Just eat 3 healthy meals a day or 5 small meals a day. You definitely don't need to diet. You're body is currently perfect. You don't want to be freakishly skinny -- trust me. I've been underweight my whole life and I get ridiculed for being too skinny.
Be thankful that God gave you a beautiful face and body, a loving heart, and a good brain. You're smart and sweet and that is what really matters.
Jeff..I need to lose weight in my stomach area. Not happy with that part of my body. I would like to tone up my arms and legs. But the tummy is the big thing. Thank you though.
