Try not to wait too long as GD is so hard on you when not treated. I've had GD for over 30yrs since puberty so feel free to ask me anything. This is a great site for support, friends and some education. Just know your not alone weve been there done that and we are here for you. Hang in there did they give you beta blockers for your heart? BP blood prssure pills should help with your symptoms and there are some that are safe to nurse with. Hugs Mary

Close Graves' Disease
Diagnosed with Graves in April 2009, 5 months after having my second daughter. Because I'm nursing her, I don't want to take the medicines prescribed to me (one doc prescribed PTU, another Methimazole). Instead I'm trying to control it via herbal supplements & diet.
