I have gone back into study and have completed a diploma in Counselling and Diet and Nutrition which I am passionate about. I am currently working through another diploma in Nutritional Therapy which I hope to complete next year. I dabble in anything alternative such as homeopathy and herbal remedies.

Hello friend, Whats got you down ? Come on and talk to me,I'm sure whatever it is you can work through it but at least allow me to make you laugh for a while. Did you know that turtles can breath through their rear ends, the only time I breath through my rear end is when my head is up my ass.lol

Thank you so much for your positive email! I truly hope that my daughter will grow up to be very confident and positive in life. So, if you can would you please let me know what you did to walk independently? What worked? Did you have any surgeries? Have you tried the botox injection? If so, how was your experience? Thanks, Kelly

I'm feeling kind of sad because I'm having family problems. Just some things I can't understand. I'm leaving everything in God's hands. Sometimes you have to let go, and keep going., Hope you are feeling better, sorry if I didn't write before. Love always, Ivonne.,

I have little muscle tone on my left side, although my arms and hands are not affected and I have a 1" leg shortening. Started wearing orthotics which changed my life as far as walking is concerned. I do the cross trainer every day and have been told that I will always have to exercise
