Congratulations Chelly for creating a memorable Father's Day. EVERY day can be as special as we make it!! I had a special day also with lunches at my daughter's house and again, late in the day, at home..... Grandchildren were present at both "functions" with their gifts and good wishes.
    Every day CAN BE special!@!!!

What a lovely thing to do! No doubt you are enjoyed your day out.It seems strange for someone to refer to the beach as the seaside, its 34 years since we left the UK, so we have now adopted a lot of the Aussie mannerisms.

I understand your "one day at a time" viewpoint... isn't that all any of us really has?? Weather has been rain, raian and more rain here for the past couple of days...which doesn't help with the breathing, really. Had to walk a distance yesterday in that rain and didn't feel all that great when I reached my destination. I hope your husband continues to feel better....please convey my best wishes......

hi ya,sorry to hear that all you have seen is rain, poor you hope it brightens up soon for you,and walking in it as well hope you dont get the chills or come down with anything.something so silly like getting caught in the rain, can have a big impact on your health, hope you are feeling better last time you was worried about all the signs coming back again, how are you doing

We too have been having some welcome rain lately. Yesterday it was sunny but very cold and today it was beautiful. I got out into the garden and planted a few plants and my husband sat outside in the courtyard (with his oxygen) for a few minutes. Unfortunately he feels the cold so could only stay a little while.
That is how we are living our lives, one day at a time, some days we don't say a lot to one another, but know the other one is there. A touch of hands, a brief kiss and a welcome hug.
