well i doubt its been a good week but will find out in the morning i guess. for some reason struggling to just stay on track this week but then been working some crazy hours too and keep missing my walks and the gym cause of it






Always feel bad when I miss a workout. Exercise is so important for a healthy body/mind. It offers a great endorphin rush too! lol

How did you do? And how are you doing this week? Sometimes we have to count not gaining as losing, especially when work hours make us crazy. And remember...this too shall pass. ;)
